Which filament should I choose?

🌱 PLA

Easy to print, provides a nice finish, available in many colors.
👉 Ideal for beginners, decorative items, prototypes, and general models.
⚠️ Heat sensitive, may soften above approximately 60 °C.

PLA Silk

Silky sheen, extra spectacular surface – if aesthetics matter.
👉 Perfect for ornaments, vases, models, and exhibition pieces.
⚠️ Primarily recommended for decorative purposes; not the best choice for high mechanical stress.

🌌 PLA Glow in the Dark

Glow-in-the-dark, special PLA filament. 🌟
👉 A good choice for toys, decorations, and attention-grabbing elements.
⚠️ The additive can wear down the nozzle, so a wear-resistant nozzle is recommended for long-term use.

💪 PETG

Stronger and less brittle than PLA, also offers good layer adhesion and durability.
👉 For functional parts, holders, casings, and everyday objects.
⚠️ May require a bit more fine-tuning; stringing can occur.

🔥 ABS

A strong, impact-resistant engineering filament that withstands higher thermal loads than PLA.
👉 For casings, machine components, prototypes, and parts subject to higher stress.
⚠️ Prone to warping, so a heated print bed and preferably an enclosed print chamber are recommended. Adequate ventilation is necessary during printing.

🧩 TPU

Flexible, rubber-like, and impact-resistant filament.
👉 Ideal for cases, seals, vibration-dampening elements, flexible components, and protective elements.
⚠️ May require slower printing speeds and precise filament guidance.

💧 PVA

Water-soluble filament, primarily used as support material.
👉 Ideal for complex models, internal cavities, and supports that would be difficult to remove mechanically.
⚠️ Highly moisture-sensitive, so it must be stored in dry, well-sealed packaging.

🏎️ PLA Carbon Fiber

PLA reinforced with carbon additive, with a stiffer character and a matte, technical appearance.
👉 For technical models, casings, holders, and stiffer prototypes.
⚠️ Abrasive material – a wear-resistant or hardened steel nozzle is recommended.

⚙️ PETG Carbon Fiber

Combines the durability of PETG with greater rigidity and a distinctive, matte surface.
👉 A good choice for functional, technical components, holders, and structural elements.
⚠️ Also an abrasive filament, so a wear-resistant nozzle is recommended.

💡 Tip:

If you're just starting 3D printing, try PLA – it's easy to print and versatile.

If you need a more durable part, choose PETG; for higher thermal loads, ABS; for flexible parts, TPU; and for complex supports, PVA can be a good choice.

What kind of 3D printer are the materials for?

👉 Our filaments can be used with most FDM/FFF type 3D printers, such as Bambu Lab, Creality, Prusa, Anycubic, Artillery, and other compatible models.

👉 Our resins are designed for LCD, MSLA, and DLP technology resin 3D printers.

Do I need a heated print bed or an enclosed print chamber?
  • PLA / PLA Silk / PLA Glow: A heated print bed is not strictly necessary, and an enclosed print chamber is generally not required.
  • PETG: A heated print bed is recommended for better adhesion; an enclosed chamber is usually not needed.
  • ABS: A heated print bed is highly recommended, and for larger models, an enclosed print chamber also significantly helps in reducing warping.
  • TPU: A heated print bed is not always necessary but can improve adhesion.
  • PVA: The settings should primarily be aligned with the filament you are using it with as a support material.
  • Carbon filaments: Depending on the base material, an environment similar to PLA or PETG settings is recommended.

💡 Tip: If you are just starting with 3D printing, PLA is the easiest choice – it generally requires fewer settings and fine-tuning.

Is the proper storage of ingredients important?

Yes! Filaments can absorb moisture from the air, which can degrade print quality, causing issues like popping, stringing, or an uneven surface.

👉 Store filaments in a dry, airtight box or bag, preferably with silica gel.

Keep resins in their original, tightly sealed bottles, in a cool place, protected from direct sunlight and UV light.

💡 PVA and TPU, in particular, can be more sensitive to moisture, making dry storage even more crucial for them.
