The Bambu Lab PVA Water-Soluble Support is a water-soluble support material designed for printing complex geometries, overhangs, and hard-to-reach supports. After printing, PVA can be dissolved in water, making support removal easier and reducing the risk of damage to the model's surface or small details.

PVA is particularly well-suited for models where mechanical removal of traditional supports would be difficult. It is recommended as a support material for PLA and PETG filaments, but not for printing standalone models.

Key features

  • water-soluble support filament
  • for complex geometries and overhangs
  • for hard-to-reach and internal supports
  • gentler support removal
  • compatible with PLA and PETG filaments
  • AMS and AMS lite compatible
  • for FDM / FFF 3D printers
  • Clear, translucent appearance
  • 1.75 mm diameter
  • ±0.03 mm diameter tolerance
  • 0.5 kg spool
  • not compatible with 0.2 mm nozzle

Tip: PVA is extremely sensitive to moisture, so keep it dry both before use and during storage. If necessary, it is advisable to dry it before printing and store it in a sealed, dry environment after use. The PVA support material can be dissolved in water from the finished print.

For exact printing parameters and product specifications, please refer to the technical data at the bottom of the page. PVA is recommended exclusively as a support material and is not suitable for printing standalone models.
